Proposal/ Documents required for submission and criteria’s for evaluation 

Please submit the following documents:  

1. A clear proposal document explaining methodology and approach focusing on exploring the topics under the section responsibilities. This document should be a descriptive framework of how the agency/ pool of experts envisions the process suggested in the ToR and division of the working days as per this ToR requisition.  (25%)  
2. An expression of interest for the consultancy and sharing of roles and responsibilities of the group of experts/ agency members if applying more than one individual; (5 %)  
3. CV highlighting the expertise of the applicants on positive parenting, family programs implemented in community, psychology and child development, expertise in academia, expertise in engaging with parents in community level, facilitation/ training expertise (15%).   
4. Evidence of previous works resembling specifics in the ToR. (preferable  not less than 5 years)  (15 %)  
5. Copies of diplomas and certifications for the expert of group of experts relevant to the required services in this ToR. (10%) 

6. Must be cleared of legal disputes that ended in Court in the past three years. (e –Albania)  (Deshmia e penalitetit) 

7. Sign the Supplier Code of Conduct.  

     If you are a registered company / organization / agency, please also provide:  

8. Tax Registration number (NIPT)  
9. Updated Extract generated from the National Registration Centre (QKB) 
10. The consultancy fee in total including all applicable taxes as per Financial Offer (30%) given below:  

(Note: Applicants shall calculate their own transportation means to the field and no WVA vehicle or staff from the field will be included in this service provision )

11. Financial offer - Please complete the financial offer as per document attached to this TOR "RFP- Provision Mental Health and Psychological support for parent groups (WVA program beneficiaries) in Albania".
